Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach · Certified Yoga Teacher · Trained Somatic Practitioner

A quiet place to land, breathe, feel safe, and be yourself again. Yoga & Fascial Maneuvers with Anat.

Your body has been carrying you this whole time. Here, it gets to be the one that is cared for.

For people carrying tension, stress, or a quiet sense of disconnection from their body. Most people begin with a private session: a short conversation, gentle hands-on fascial work, yoga, and breath, shaped around your body's needs. No experience needed. Just curiosity about what your body may be ready to tell you.

Your body remembers what your mind has forgotten.

A serene moment of practice

Fascial Maneuvers

Fascial Maneuvers

Slow, breath-guided rotational movements that meet the fascia, the living connective web that wraps through every muscle, joint, and organ.

In a session, I encourage slow, purposeful movements with gentle hands-on support while you breathe and notice what begins to soften.

Gentle on the surface and deeply rearranging underneath, it eases long-held tension and restores a more natural sense of movement.

Fascia does not release through force. It releases when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.

Yoga & Breath

Yoga & Breath

Quiet, supportive, and shaped entirely around your body and what it is asking for.

There is no level to reach and nothing to perform. Just your breath, your body, and a little more ease to take with you when you leave.

We begin with a curious conversation about what feels stuck, what aches, what is ready to be explored.

Each session weaves breath, alignment, and fascial work, so the change you feel reaches beyond the mat into your week.

Workshops & Retreats

Workshops & Retreats

Practical tools to soften the nervous system and meet daily life with more spaciousness.

Retreats and workshops give you the time most weeks do not. Time to put things down, breathe slowly, and notice what is underneath.

These gatherings are gentle in pace and deep in care. A chance to be among others who are also slowing down, and to remember that softening is something we can do together.

You leave with rest in your body and simple, daily practices you can keep.

About

A bit about myself.

My work begins with the body, the quiet places where tension settles, bracing comes into awareness, and ease begins to feel possible again.

I came to this work the long way, through my own years of holding tension I did not know I was holding. What I teach now is what actually helped me: small, mindful movements that allow the body to set things down.

As a Certified Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and a Certified 500 RYT yoga teacher with more than 1,800 hours of teaching experience, I guide individuals and groups toward greater ease in the body and in life. In my classes, you will find both depth and lightness, a balance that makes the practice meaningful, and often quietly joyful.

Anat is a focused and gifted healer. A quality that comes through in every modality she brings to her practice. Her classes are consistently energizing, and her approach has a way of pushing you beyond what you think you're capable of, in the best possible way. What makes Anat truly distinctive is her commitment to continued growth. Whether exploring different yoga styles, Tamura, or myofascial techniques, she is always expanding her toolkit, not for its own sake, but in genuine service of helping people heal and reconnect with their bodies. That dedication is rare, and it shows. She is also one of the most approachable teachers I've encountered, always available to offer guidance, modifications, or a word of encouragement whenever you need it.

I have been taking Anat's vinyasa classes since 2019 at the PJCC. There is a group of loyal practitioners jostling for the coveted 20 or so spots for Anat's classes, me being one of them. Unlike for other yoga classes, I would call Anat's classes 'yoga sessions'. It is because her classes are unique in offering so much more: quotes of wisdom, poem readings along with running commentaries of how a pose should feel to allow self-check — than the summation of poses. Anat's classes encourage a strong sense of awareness than those mechanical and merely 'going through the motions', while the practice intensity could be similar. I feel very fortunate to have Anat's Yoga classes 3-times a week, walking out of each class with a sense of renewal and enlightenment.

Anat has such a calm, warm, and welcoming presence that immediately puts you at ease. Working with her as a Fascia Maneuver coach has been wonderful! she helped my body feel amazing and brought significant relief to pain and tension I had been carrying in my low back. Her knowledge, intuition, and genuine care shine through in every session. She is also an incredibly talented yoga teacher who creates a supportive and inspiring environment for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I always leave her classes feeling stronger, more balanced, grounded, and resourced. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to know and work with Anat. Her kindness, expertise and the dedication she has for her clients make her truly special. I've recommended her to many friends and clients and will continue to do so. If you are looking to improve your health and wellbeing in any way, Anat can help!

"
I am a senior and I have been practicing yoga consistently for over 20 years. I have been Anat's student from the day she started teaching at the PJCC. She has helped push my body limits to another level. Recently Anat introduced fascial maneuvers to us through slow movements with deep breathing and releasing tensions and stress from body tissue. After each class I feel like I have given myself a full body massage and feel at least 10 lbs lighter!

Anat created a transformative space where healing wasn't just possible, but inevitable. Her perfect balance of structure and freedom, coupled with boundless compassion, allowed each of us to journey inward while forming authentic connections that will last far beyond this retreat. I arrived breathing shallowly, constricted by life's demands. Under her gentle guidance, something profound shifted - the breath that now flows freely through me is testament to her gift.
