Fascial Maneuvers
Slow, breath-guided rotational movements that meet the fascia, the living connective web that wraps through every muscle, joint, and organ.
In a session, I encourage slow, purposeful movements with gentle hands-on support while you breathe and notice what begins to soften.
Gentle on the surface and deeply rearranging underneath, it eases long-held tension and restores a more natural sense of movement.
Fascia does not release through force. It releases when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.
