Anat Reisman Kedem Tamura Yoga Mindfulness Mindset

Anat Reisman Kedem

A lot going on, huh?

We know what this can feel like. Not much fun. And yet, consider this: even in the midst of all this, you took a step through some of your mind’s fears and hesitation to seek out a helping hand. In other words, there is a You inside of you that knows you can do this.

Sounds like a great place to start. Welcome.

Hello there. I am Anat.

Originally from Israel, I have been calling the Bay Area home these past 24 years.

As a mother of three and a professional photographer, I felt physically and emotionally taxed at the end of almost every day. In searching for answers, thankfully, I found yoga and mindfulness and today I am a teacher of both, feeling calm and centered in my work. I still love to photograph from time to time, but when I do, it is something that happens from an entirely different place.

I believe I can help you find what you are seeking and assist you in opening the door and taking the steps forward toward your own personal transformation.

Perhaps you have noticed some of the below questions hovering about in your mind…

  • Who am I, really?

  • What is my life's purpose?

  • Is this all there is?

  • Why does “success” taste so bland?

  • Why am I hardly ever happy or satisfied?

  • Why do I keep arguing with and resisting what is (aka, reality)?

  • What is love?

  • Why can I not feel compassion towards myself?

  • How can we live in this world with all the suffering around us?

If you, a loved one, or a close acquaintance have been wrestling with one or more of these questions, you have come to the right place.

Combining Eastern and Western wisdom, I work with fellow travelers, seekers and finders in gentle and discreet 1:1 settings, to mindfully and lovingly help them understand, come to terms with, accept, and, ultimately, embrace reality. Some of the modalities I use include the Tamura Method, The Work™ of Byron KatiePriya’s Mindset method, Donna Martin’s Psoma Yoga, guided mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and of course, Yoga (please check my Yoga page here). If there's one thing that my clients and I have learned over time, it is that change is not only possible, it is unavoidable, and therefore, guaranteed.

I look forward to meeting you in person.
